About Us

The United States of America, known as the land of the free, is the lead incarcerator on the planet Earth!  How did this come to be?  I'm glad you asked.  Mindfield Publishing.com is proudly hosting:  "The Justice Report" The Blog by Curtis Ray Davis II, Activist, Author, and Criminal Justice Reform  Evangelist.

Criminal Justice Reform NOW!!!

Although the United States of America as a whole leads the world in locking up its citizens, no government is more prolific in per. capita incarceration of its people than the State of Louisiana.  The United States Department of Justice has published data that shows one in every 106 white males are incarcerated across the nation.  It is an extremely suspicious statistic when viewed in contrast to the one in nine, (1 in 9) Black men locked away across the country.  However, neither of these statistics can rival Louisiana's record as the number one slave maker on the planet.  Down here in the "Boot" one in every four Black males lives behind bars.

Speak Truth to Power!

Politics is basically the art and science of forwarding your own agenda.  Politics can also be defined as the process of gaining, maintaining and using power.  Apolitical is having no interest or involvement in political affairs; it is the etymological origin of the word "idiot".  The essence of politics is power which can be defined as the social capacity of a group to realize its will, Vox populi, we represent the voice of the everyday people.

There are still over 2000 men and women serving life sentences under Louisiana's racist non-unanimous jury law!

The Mindfield is not just a publishing company.  We are activist, scribes and change agents dedicated to creating a world free of the evil of White supremacy.  Akin to the matrix a mindfield is the substrate on which consciousness exist.  If you believe that Black people as a group are in the conditions that we are in by happenstance, we'd like to help. public speaking

"But one hundred years later, the Negro is not free; one hundred years later, the life of the Negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination; one hundred years later, the Negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity; one hundred years later, the Negro is still languishing in the corners of American society and finds himself an exile in his own land.
